Want fragile kids, be a helicopter parent. You may mean well and want to over protect them, but you are hurting your kids in many aspects. This explains why kids are so depressed today, freak out over everything. The same happens to a country with a helicopter government. Kids and adults need to fail, learn and solve their own problems.
