Our soft world today seems to hold up victims as the highest form of human transcendence. Real men understand a victim is a mindset. Sure something bad could happen to you, but this does not need to be who you are. That is a choice.
If your getting stronger and not getting weaker, then you are doing this on purpose. Think about what you are doing, lifting to perfect a lift with weights or are you performing lifts to work a muscle group to grow or get that muscle stronger. These to things are very different.
